It was a GREAT shopping experience. The earrings arrived and are absolutely beautiful - just as described on the website. I have to say that our experience w/ your company was quite impressionable. I ordered my wifes ring w/ your company & mine w/ another & I should not have done that. Both the website & the customer service reps were extreamely helpful, patient, & most accomodating. In which I have learned, the hard way that other companies are not all the same.

i just received my ring today ! i am extremely pleased!! from browsing website to receiving order everything was completly professional. i found this website by searching the internet and thought id browse.For starters, the website is very complete,very informative and very user friendly. i really enjoyed being able to make an informed decision and purchase. something many retailers seem to have forgotten how to do. excellent top notch website ! Great - I did a lot of research on the web looking for diamond studs, and these were by far the highest quality for the price that I found. The earrings are just beautiful. They were for our daughter's 16th birthday (her birthstone) - she loves them. The size is perfect for studs - tasteful and elegant.

Though I typically trust GIA certified diamonds, the reality is that on 1 cttw diamond earrings you would be wasting your money on a GIA certification - it's simply not worth it. I bought these earrings from DJM thinking that I don't really have much to lose since it's refundable. I happen to know a lot about jewelery, but given my time constraints I wanted to buy something that could be delivered quickly. Well, my wife loves them and they look stunning. I must say I have not yet inspected the earrings thoroughly with a loupe, however they do look great to the naked eye (isn't that what matters after-all?)

I had concerns about ordering a diamond on line, sight unseen, but when the stud arrived I thought it was beautiful. I had a jeweler look at it and he felt it was worth atleast $500.00 more than I paid for it. I would not hesitate to order from Diamond Jewelry Masters again.

I bought this ring for my husband, and he absolutely loves it. He took it to the mall jewelry stores and had one of the representatives check it out. She was blown away at the quality. This particular store had a similar ring in stock for a much higher price and my husband is still trying to figure out how you all can sell it so cheap. I will never buy in the stores again as long as you exist. Thanks for everything, what a great experience in buying.
