I am, and she is, VERY happy with the ring. The only downside to the entire purchase was that the ring was not overnighted as advertised, and promised, and so was late for the proposal date. Other than that, it was a good experience and I do plan to buy again. Thank you.

All I can say is both my girlfriend and I are satisfied with my purchase of these earrings. I first ordered the I-2 clarity, 1/2 carat studs for $297. I wasn't satisfied with them as they were slightly cloudy, so I returned them and bought the SI clarity, 1/2 carat studs for $429.
The return process was easy and I was refunded my Paypal payment promptly. Shipping on my original and upgrade orders were very fast. I don't know much about diamond quality other than reading up on the 4 C's. But these earrings are very sparkly especially in sunlight. I'm very happy with the purchase overall, and I will definitely buy from this site in the future.

Well, I was very impressed with your website from the statrt, But I thought it was too good to be true, so I called customer service. Customer service was very friendly yet professional, assuring me you weren't "a scam" and I could check with BBB to verify. I have no complaints about the transaction or service ( took me a while to remember the 3 hour time difference when calling customer service). My fiancee LOVES the ring,and we definitely will come look at your wedding bands when that time comes!

Hmmm.... OK. I will post my experience here. Realize, I did email customer service, and they didn't seem to get my point...and that was after several replies. So, I post this here since it doesn't appear they have interest in changing their web pages.
The quality and prices are excellent. I don't think you will find a better deal. Very, very satisfied on those two accounts. And...I will definitely come back again. However, the shipping policy is a little misleading. When reading it, insert "business" before the word "days" when trying to estimate how long it will take them to process and ship your jewelry. Not really a big deal on normal occasions, but my gift was a "push gift" for my soon-to-deliver pregnant wife. We could have bought locally and gotten a ring immediately, but we bought from this web site based on the estimate we would get the ring within a week (based on their shipping policy estimates). However, instead of about 5 days max...it took almost 10 days |

This was a gift actually for my boyfriend, it's 4 carat nice weight the clarity and shine of these diamonds are mesmerizing. i've purchased earrings and this bracelet and i recommend your products to anyone.

We were reluctant to purchase these items online but the pricing and quality were far superior to anything we could get locally. The 30 day return policy provided the insurance needed so we placed the order. My wife is extremely happy! We had the earrings appraised for insurance purposes and they were valued at over 2X what we paid for them. I would definitely buy from Diamond Jewelery Masters again.

The website was very easy to navigate. Once I chose my ring they were very promp in contacting me. The sales people were very accomadating over the phone, and the ring was shipped very quickly.

I shopped around comparing prices for months before I found Diamond Jewelry Masters. I couldn't find anything comparible in price at the retail jewelry stores. I ordered this ring online Monday and had it by Friday.I couldn't be happier with the quality and the beauty of this ring and most of all my fiance loved it! I saved hundreds compared to what I would have paid in a retail store for the same ring!

The best word that describes my experience is "easy". Being able to customize any kind of setting with any material with the quality stone for me, made the whole process simple.
