The products were as described, customer service was very good, and delivery was fast. The diamond earrings and solitaire pendant were a good value and it was nice to side-step the middle man (prices at the retail level are just ridiculous these days). In my opinion, D-J-M.com offers much more in the way of quality, cut, and clarity for the money. I would definitiely do business with them again... and I highly recommend them.

I was impressed that your customer service called me back promptly about some questions I had--they also answered my email questions. The ring arrived and it was what I expected and the quality I expected. I thought the $$ was very reasonable as well. Good experience.

It was alright. The shipping and everything went great but the picture was a bit misleading. The main stone in my ring didn't sparkle like I had hoped it would.

One of the backs is stripped out, and will not secure itself to the post. Also, the setting is supposed to be platinum, but it clearly says "14K" on the back. I just gave these earrings as a gift, and had no idea about the back/post problem until she tried to put them on. Needless to say, we were both quite disappointed. I will be returning the earrings, and hopefully receive a non-defective, platinum set in the shortest amount of time possible.

After going to several local jewelry stores and checking out several

better prices. I was a little skeptical buying diamonds online so I

at the begining i was afraid from ordering Jewelry online (this is my first time and i don't have any experience) but i spent few days checking on many online jewelry stores.. till i found Diamond Jewelry Masters.. i was attracted to their great value collection.. i even called the customer service and ask them about some of the diamond flaws! i was still skeptical but i gave it a try because i know i have 30 days return policy.. when i recieved my order, i was astonished by how brilliant it is.. i even compared it to one of my diamonds.. and the color was amazing.. near clear! so i guess i am lucky to find this store!! thanks..
