I have never purchased jewerly of any type online before. However, after doing some research with the BBB I did proceed. The price was much lower than any of the retail stores I looked in and the quality was excellent. I was very satisfied with my purchase. I was also grateful they honored a discount coupon I received 2 days after I placed my order. I will do business with them again.

I had an excellent experience with your company. I have purchased many diamonds in various forms over the years and was obviously skeptical about purchasing over the internet. Much to my surprise the stones were quite acurate in their rating when I had them appraised and the price was very reasonable. I feel that I will be purchasing stones from you again in the near future. by the way I spoke to at least two different sales reps who were both very knowledgable and helpful. Thank you.

I was a little skeptical about buying diamonds from an internet company but I am certainly glad I did. The ring was everything you advertised and then some. I was VERY impressed with the way it was mailed.......no one would have guessed a diamond ring was inside the envelope! Good thinking in this day and age.

I think your website is very easy to use. Gave great explantions on the type of diamonds I was looking for. Order process was also easy to use. My only complaint was the time it took to complete my order. I called support several times with an update and kept being told it would be shipped the next day. My experience was great. The earrings were beautiful and about half the price of what it would have cost me locally for the same quality. My only issue was the shipping. I received an email that the package was shipping on Dec 8 and the earrings didn't ship until a week and a half later. Maybe it was just the Christmas season.

Order was recieved quickly. The diamonds do not match in color. One appears dull. If I had more time, I would have returned them. I placed my order a few weeks before Christmas and these were a present for my daughter. She is only 12 and she noticed that they did not match. I will consider buying from Diamond Jewelry Masters in the future but I will nake sure I order things in time to look them over. The price was the best I had found for this quality of diamond and type of setting.
