I had a little trouble receiving the order on time due to the holidays; however, when I received the diamond earring, it far exceeded my expectations. As I mentioned in a previous e-mail, it was one of the most beautiful diamonds I have ever seen and I was very, very satisfied. Sadly, the man I bought it for decided to move on, so I'll never get to see it to appreciate its beauty and quality, but I would definitely consider doing business with Diamond Jewelry Masters again in the future. These were a Christmas gift for my daughter; after purchasing a lesser quality earring at a dept store for a higher price, i found these online cheaper.
I was delighted when they arrived, they were beautiful and the quality
was far superior to the dept store item.
I will purchase from this company again.

For all of you concerned about purchasing fine jewelry on-line... don't be. I had been looking for 2 carat diamond earings for my wife for Christmas. I went to local stores and the mall jewelry shops. Everyone else wanted $7,000-11,000 for the same quality earings. After I ordered these earings, they were overnighted and beautiful. After Christmas we went to a local jewelry store and their jeweler looked at them. They were exactly as described. And that store sold identical earings for $5,000 more! Having I1 clarity, you can see minor flaws, but for earings it is perfect. I will purchase all of my jewelry from this company from now on. Oh- and my wife requested friction backs instead of screw backs and they were changed for no cost. Great experience.

I got the set of earings for my 10th anniversary. It was my first purchase using the internet to purchase diamonds. I was very happy with the experience and I called customer service once and was very happy with the service I received.
My wife was very happy with the gift which put icing on the cake for the overall experience.

As I mentioned in a previous e-mail, the quality of this piece did not meet my expectations. Last year, the earrings were great. This year, the bracelet was dull reflecting less than optimal quality and workmanship. My wife has decided to keep the bracelet because of its gift status.

My first purchase was a diamond pendant necklace in December 2007. It arrived in two days, plenty of time for my wife's birthday. This December,2008, I figured I was OK ordering on the 11th. Well this year, things being what they are, no earings on the 17th. I was a bit worried that my order would not arrive even by Christmas. A call to your 800# helped, overnight delivery received on the 22nd, THANKS. Also, very happy with quality of jewelry!

My daughter Kelly loves the earrings, and I think they are very nice. She likes the martini setting and recognized immediately that the beautiful box was rosewood. Everywhere she goes, people actually notice the earrings, and she gets compliments, which neither of us expected. I found them a bit small, she thinks they're perfect. She hopes to buy a second, larger pair "someday."
Kelly's birthday is in April. Do you have some 3-prong diamond studs that are noticably larger (3/4 to 1 tcw?) than her .50 tcw, but at a relatively low price? In other words, put the money into the cut: excellent to very good cut, K or better color, but as low as the I's in clarity. This should keep the cost down and still have the sparkle of a nice cut.
Now to the problem of Kelly losing the back of one earring and finding that the other one spins loosely: We mailed that one to you yesterday, per Stephen by phone. He said that "sometimes" the backs are too big or defective, or the posts are too small |

Great expereince. You guys delivered what you offered in a timley fashion, and the website was very informative. You guys are a "hidden secret" on the internet--I will defintely use you again. The only improvement I would recommend is to include a certificate bout the diamonds--most other diamond sellers do.
