Unfortunatley i had to email and call several times in order to get my shipment to arrive on time.
Once shipped my son was not allowed to sign for the shipment so i had to take time off from work to drive 40 miles to retrieve it from the FedEx site in Temecula.
I will be purchasing an engagement ring in the next 6 months. I would have liked to make the purchase from you however i am unsure if i have the confidence to make a $3-5,000.

The experience was just ok. I took the bracelet to an independent certified gemological lab for an appraisal which I received today. The lab results were dissapointing. The diamond was rated as H-I/SI-2/good. The appraisal was in the ballpark I expected but the jeweler also told me that the bracelet has 10 stones that are loose in their mounts. The difference in appraisals is dissapointing but the poor workmanship is unexceptable. I would like to receive instructions on how you will fix the loose diamonds. Your cooperation is appreciated. The diamond earrings were as they were avertised. They came in plenty of time for Christmas and my wife was very pleased with them. She put them on Christmas morning and hasn't taken them off yet.

I don't normally buy jewelry as a gift because I do not have the
expertise required to make a good purchase.

I was leary of buying diamonds, over the internet, without seeing them first. It took me a long time to decide to do it. Just as I had decided my daughter told me about a jewelry store that was going out of business and I should look at some there. She called me from the store and said they had some nice ones and I should go look at them. I had the presence of mind to ask her what the cut, clarity, etc. were. They were not as good as your's. She went ahead and bought those and I decided to buy yours. I was very happy with my decision. My daughter even said that I got the better value for the money I paid. I would recommend you to anyone who wants to buy diamonds.

I have always been impressed with the DJM web site and the information provided. My first order with DJM was returned because I was not satisfied with the product and really wanted larger diamonds. The return was handled quickly and to my satisfaction. My faith in DJM has been fully restored with my last purchase. The earrings are beautiful and the perfect size for me. They are exactly what I have been looking for and the price was right. They were on sale but even at full price they still would have been cheaper at DJM than any where else that I had found. I will be a returning customer for DJM.
