i love the 1 carat diamond(.05 each )that my husband give me..we also got it for a good price.we will for sure come back and purchase more.I already have one in mind.i like the idea of being able to upgrade to a bigger diamond from a smaller one.We just shipped it and we pay the difference..Its sooo easy and we got the diamond 2 days after..thanks djm!!

My husband wanted a titanium wedding band to replace the silver band we had purchased for him. I ordered it for him for Christmas and he was so surprised! It was shipped quickly and I was happy. He works with the public and gets compliments on the ring all the time. They ask:"Is that platinum?" he replies, "No, better,it's titanium!" We are both happy with the ring.

Just wanted to say thanks for the great service!! I put my order in online pretty close to Christmas and when I called to make sure it would be shipped on time, I got a recording!?!? But to my great relief i got a retrun call from your service department assuring me that my order would arrive in time. He even told me that if it didn't ship on schedule that it would be overnighted. I received it on time and I was really pleased with the quality!! My fiance couldn't be happier!!!!

There was a mixup with delivery, but it was handled in a timely and professional manner. I received my package 2 days late. But as soon as i got in touch with your ccompany, another was sent in it's place immediately. Problems happen, it's how they are solved that counts, and you guys did great by me. Thank you very much. I had a great overall experience. I bought diamond stud earrings, and the interface to choose the quality and size, while taking price into account, was very helpful and the best I found online. When I called customer service they were very friendly and helpful. The earrings came on time and were spectacular my girlfriend loves them and wont take them off. Thanks!

The earrings themselves are beautiful. My girlfriend absolutely loves them. However, I ordered them 17 days before Christmas to make sure that they would get to my apartment before I had to leave on a business trip. The order was delayed until the Friday before Christmas, and so it didn't arrive until the morning after I left my apartment.
After all that, DJM offered me nothing to make up for their delay, and the fact that they had to be a birthday present instead. The whole deal has left a sour taste in my mouth.

I purchased from your website because I was impressed by the quality of your online presentation. It clearly showed how your operation and product are a cut above the others in quality and value. I was equally impressed when I opened the earrings. They were the least expensive on your list (I couldn't afford anything more), but they don't look it! They look much nicer than anything I saw for much more at area department stores or on other websites. Their goods look cheap... even at twice or three times what I paid at Diamond Jewelry Masters! You even sent me one grade higher color quality than what was quoted! I am very satisfied, and my wife loves them!
The wooden box alone is beautiful, too! I would recommend buying the 1/3 ct. total weight rather than the 1/4 ct. It's a slightly better buy... 1/3 more rock for only $30 more. Next time, I'll know! :-)

This was my first online diamond purchase and was a bit concerned if the quality would be as advertised. I was not disappointed! I was very pleased with both the quality and price of the diamond stud ear rings.
I will be sure to mention DJM to anyone interested in purchasing diamond jewelery in the future.
The only very minor complaint I had (if you can really call it one), was that I ordered a three prong setting but received a 4 prong instead. It did not deter from the presentation of the stones, and the recipient was thrilled with the gift!
Thank you again for offering a quality product at a reasonable price.

Great experience; at first,I was a little concerned buying diamonds over the internet. I, first, researched your site and others. Yours was the best, so I went back and saw what I wanted. Still skeptical, I then called and spoke to Stephan who put my concerns at ease. I hung up and went on-line order and placed my order. THE BOTTOM LINE: I felt comfortable odering, the earrings were better than I expected, and my wife loves them.

Overall the experience was a good one. The necklace arrived very quickly and was in a nice box. It is much smaller than I thought but that is my fault for not looking at the size of it more closely.
Contrasted with that is that I bought two necklaces from Szul. They arrived AFTER Christmas and one of the necklaces was not in the order and had to be resent. I finally received it about January 2.
I would order from you again.

The diamond earrings arrived and they were beautiful. However, one of them got stolen or lost Xmas eve or day. We are all just sick about it but nothing can be done that I know of. But again the earrings were gorgeous.

The ring is beautiful! Purchasing jewlery (diamonds especially) online can be a hit or miss experience...nothing in between, because you really don't know what you are getting. However, when this ring arrived and I opened the box...I was shocked at how beautiful the ring was (and still is). When I showed my now husband, his wedding ring...he was truly amazed and happy. When I placed it on his finger at our wedding...it shinned in the light and the whole church got happy and excited!
