you sent the bracelet in yellow gold not white gold. I gave it to my wife to open for christmas because that was her only present but had to tell her to just look at it because I had to send it back. Two weeks later we got the right setting. I took it to a local jeweler for an appraisal. Although they said it's retail value is $5,500 there are some SI2 grade stones in it. Your advertisement was for SI1 and that is what we paid the extra money for. Besides the above issues, my wife likes the bracelet.

The earrning were a gift. The person loved them. They were beautiful to the naked eye. The purchase was easy, the delivery quick, and the product was better than described. The only problem is that one of the earring became unscrewed and the person lost one of the earrings. She is devastated? Is there a way to ensure that the earrings don't become unscrewed?

The website was very easy to navigate. I appreciated the tutorial on the 4 C's of buying a diamond. The call I made was answered quickly and the representative was very helpful. The inquiries I have made via email have been answered quickly, informatively and politely. The earrings are perfect.
However, the order was shipped 5 days before the order status was updated on your website which presented a small problem as this was a gift being sent to a secondary address. And to date I have not received the appraisal which was to be included in the shipment. I inquired about this 2 weeks ago and was told it had been delayed due to the holiday rush.
So at this time I am not inclined to use your discount on my next purchase as there may not be a next purchase. Thanks though for coming through on this order.

I shopped around @ Shane CO, and several Mall Jewelers and was not ahppy with the quality of their diamonds. I found this site and decided to give the atry. WOW!!! These earrings are so much nicer, clearer, than anything @ Shane co, or the others. and the price well for a set of comparable @ Shane co, I was quoted $1500.00.
Will never shop for diamonds anywhere else.
