Not good. I received an email that inaccurately represented the shipping date, which was originally guaranteed to arrive on xmas eve. I was then told i'd get them on the 25th, and didn't. Finally arrived on the 26th...bad timing! But customer service handled my complaint well.

I was pleased with the earrings and the efficient service. I wanted to return the earrings to get the friction back,and have them more evenly balanced as one earring is noticably bigger, but found it too aggravating - the form would not come up when I went to "click here". Then I couldn't use FedEx and it cost more to insure etc.....soooo I have taken them to a jeweler here to have them
fixed.

I found the site on the web, and it was very easy to shop with your company. I appreciated the fact that the color and clarity information was readily available, and also that I had 30 days to return the item if for some reason I did not want it. The earrings are beautiful and I have been wearing them most every day since I got them!!

Very good. The shipping took longer than I would have thought and no one was available Christmas eve to answer questions, so I was left in the dark about whether they would come in time for Christmas or not. They were delivered Christmas day as it turned out.

I was fairly skeptical about ordering something of such value from a website that was unfamiliar to me. But after checking around, and finding fairly positive reviews about Diamond Jewelry Masters on the Better Business Bureau's web site, I decided to take a chance. I was very pleased with the results. The tennis bracelet I ordered for my wife is beautiful. It arrived earlier than promised. I would probably recommend to my friends that they use Diamond Jewelry Masters.

Hello!
My experience was great. It was easy to order the ring and it came in so fast. It is a very nice ring and my partner loves it. We are even going to upgrade later. I do have a question though. Do you make the rings any smaller? The 6 is still to big for her and if she looses any weight she wont be wearing it at all. If you have any suggestions as to what we can do for this one to fit a little better let me know please. I know they cant be sized.
