For several months my wife and I shopped for a set of diamond stud earrings. My experiance with your company was not very good. I ordered the ring on the 27th of Jan, with the assumtion that the rings would be sent out with in five days of the order as your site said.
On the 3rd of Feb, I was told that the ring would be on back order for a very long period of time, the 5th of March. This was incredibly horrid considering I am currently stationed in Iraq, and the woman I intend to marry is leaving very soon to return to the states.
I waited, patiently for your company to ship my order and after I initiated an email was told that my order would indeed ship on the date they told me of 5 Mar.
However, yet another disater hit me when I was informed that the ring did not ship on the fifth like I was told, but on the 9th of March.
It seems to me that a 10% discount on my next order is very short of hitting the margin of the shortcommings that your company had in regards to my order.
The simple fact that now instead of being able to give the woman I love her |

I was utterly impressed with my experience with Diamond Masters. I found them through a Google Search for Diamond Earrings (wanted to purchase as a small thank you gift for my wife who was delivering our 2nd child). Anyway, I was first impressed with the ease of use of the site in having the sizes and prices easily displayed and I loved the ability to be able to see what each size of earring looked like on a real-life ear. That was very helpful. I also liked the fact that Diamond Masters is committed to only offering Excellent or Ideal Cut in earrings which I found is most important in making spec choices and made the choice easier. The diamonds are so brilliant and beautiful. I was initially very hesitant to purchase diamonds over the internet sight unseen, especially since I can not buy anything with doing weeks of research and reviews of the product and company. I was extremely impressed with the amount of info. and professionalism on this site which is here to truly help one make the very best decision on purchasing diamonds.
