I ordered a diamond pendant and earrings for my wife.
I found the quality and price excellent and was amazed at how quickly the items arrived.
I live in Canada and even with the exchange rates and duties, this was the best deal I found on the internet or in the malls. You've made a believer in me with diamond shopping from Diamond Jewelry Masters!!!

It took me a while to decide on the perfect gift for my wife for Valentine's day. When I did - I searched around the internet for the best price on a high quality pair of diamond earrings. I was immediately drawn to Diamond Jewelry Masters for their promise of quality cut diamonds and conflict free diamons. Plus the price was right. Then I had to make sure that the earrings got to me in time. I ordered them to be sihpped overnight but with the processing time there was no guarantee that the earrings would arrive in time. I called to request that the earrings be expediated so that they arrive on time. A friendly customer serice agent heard me out and told me he would let the jeweler know that the order was a rush order. The earrings arrived in time and my wife loves them. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Diamond Jewelry Masters and I will recommend them to friends. Thanks.

I was and still am very glad to find your website. I had been planning to get my wife quality diamond earrings but was not able to find a decent deal or did not have the time to visit jewelry stores between work and home activities. Your website makes it very convenience and easy to view options and place orders. Your website is what I would call comprehensive when it comes to educating customers on the science of diamonds and at the same time easy to navigate.

The earrings are excellent. I chose a bit smaller size but got a higher quality and I'm glad I did. She is extremely pleased with them and they make the other ones she has, which were purchased from a mall chain, look quite dull.

I was dissapointed with my last purchase from here so I was a little nervouc about this order but I couldn't be happier with this ring. It's extremely beautiful and detailed from every angle, even the bottom of the band has a special charecter. It's much more extravegant in person and best of all, my fiance' hasn't stopped glowing since I put it on her finger. Simply fantastic.

My overall shopping experience with Diamond Jewelry Master's was without incident. Although I have not yet had my earrings appraised but I will shortly; the quality appears to be sufficient. The only thing I suggest is that you have someone manning your customer service phones 24 hours a day being that I as well as others are in a totally different time zone than you but, I guess as long as communications can be done via email...that's okay but please consider my suggestion as to when someone purchase a high dollar items; they really would like to speak with a live customer representative...just a thought.
Again, my experience was good and I will be shopping with you in the near future.

And when I opened the jewelry boxes containing the diamond jewelry I had bought, I was absolutely AMAZED!!! Each piece was as beautiful as I had been promised! And the best thing was that the diamonds actually looked larger than I had imagined! So, in every single way, my experience was GREAT! I am already looking forward to my future purchases!
