After your order has been processed, it will be delivered free via one of these carriers,
depending on the order value and destination:
For orders valued at $700.00 or more, shipping is via FREE FedEx, DHL or UPS Priority Overnight service, arriving the day after your order is processed and shipped.
For orders valued at $200.00 to $700.00, shipping is via FREE FedEx, DHL or UPS 2nd day service, arriving two business days after your order is processed and shipped. For faster delivery, at the time of checkout, you can upgrade your shipping to FedEx or UPS Priority Overnight for a $16 additional cost.
For orders valued under $200.00, shipping is via FedEx, DHL or UPS ground service at a cost of $8.95 per shipment, arriving between 3 and 5 days after order is processed and shipped. For faster delivery, you can upgrade your shipping at the time of checkout to 2nd day ($15) or overnight ($25)
NOTE : Order Processing Time
- Metal Wedding Band and most items not requiring finger sizing
Will ship to you immediately after order (within 24 hours) and you will be notified via email with a tracking number.
- Luxury Series Made To Order Rings
These rings are made especially for you and will ship to you approximately 5 days after order.
- All Other items
Will ship to you within 1 to 4 days after order. You will be notified immediately via email with a tracking number.

For your protection, we will always:
- Insure and Register your diamond rings for their full value
- Require that all deliveries be made to a physical address rather than a P.O. Box
- Require a signature on all packages over $100.
If your Diamond Jewelry Masters purchase is a gift and you want to keep it a surprise, we can always ship to another location
you specify at checkout. In some cases, we may need to confirm an alternate address over the phone for security purposes
