Easy 30 Day Returns GuaranteedOur 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. We encourage you to have an independent appraisal made of your diamond purchase so you can be reassured you made the right decision.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment. We will refund the original purchase price less $15 original shipping cost. Our goal is to make you a satisfied customer and we will do our best to make this happen. Our Return Process You must contact our Customer Service Department by email or at 800-630-2686 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA) for your item prior to sending it to us. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than DiamondJewelryMasters.com), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no Return Authorization Form, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.
